Super excited to wake up to a basement full of water just a few days before leaving on a week long vacation... a good friend from the Boys & Girls Club said that these guys were AMAZING!! And they did NOT disappoint!! I left my house for an entire week and they took care of everything!! It looked like nothing ever happened!! What a relief to trust someone in your home while you are away!! A special thanks to Dave, and Kyle for always making me feel updated and safe!! Hopefully you don’t ever need restorative help... but if you do Elite Restoration is the only call!!??

Tim was very punctual, professional and thorough. I would receive calls or texts letting me know what, when, or how things were going on a daily basis. His guys came through and made short work of a big gnarly mess. I am very appreciative of how Elite Restoration took my problem like it was there's and handled it as such. Adda boys all around for those guys! I highly reccomend them

I have never been more impressed with a representative, for any company I’ve worked with. Tim is kind, knowledgeable and focused above and beyond. The anxiety I felt over our situation, was immediately put to rest with his calm demeanor. Tim took care of everything, from managing a team of great guys he personally works with, to setting up other teams we needed as an extension of the work that needed to be done. The quality of work was so satisfactory, I’m now questioning if anything actually happened. If you’re not using Tim and his team at ELITE RESTORATION, well...good luck with anyone else. We Had An ac unit leak water all over our wood flooring and it warped and looked really bad. Elite came out and looked at it and immediately got to work. Everything looks better than it did before and they even took care of the plumbing for the Air Conditioner! From the mitigation to the repairs, Doing business with Elite was a breeze!

Tim and Sean came out almost as soon as I called for a leaky roof. When they arrived they immediately put me at ease, they explained what was going on, what they were going to do and who would be coming out. The whole team was polite and easy to work with. They helped coordinate with my insurance and made sure the room would be back to the way it was. We have the house up for sale and it was a crazy time, but they made it easy! Thank you Tim and Sean and all your crew at Elite!!

I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process.
