We just had Elite Restoration here taking care of our unfortunate kitchen and laundry problems.... Tim Condon took care of us and we felt in very capable hands throughout this whole process. Late at night my tenant call saying it was raining in his apartment. I called Elite Restoration and they were there in no time, in the middle of the night. Their professionalism through the whole process was great. They eased the stress I was going through at that time. I have called them again to take care of a new problem. I know they will do a great job again. No Stress !!!

Tim and Sean came out almost as soon as I called for a leaky roof. When they arrived they immediately put me at ease, they explained what was going on, what they were going to do and who would be coming out. The whole team was polite and easy to work with. They helped coordinate with my insurance and made sure the room would be back to the way it was. We have the house up for sale and it was a crazy time, but they made it easy! Thank you Tim and Sean and all your crew at Elite!!

We had a flood and a bit of mold started growing and Tim and his team came in a cleaned it up super fast and did an amazing job! We will be going through Elite always! Dave and his team were great to work with. Very knowledgeable in what they were doing and respectful in our home. They worked with the insurance and explained the process well. You can tell they care about the customer and doing a great job. Our bathroom remodel looks great!

I called Elite after a flood in my crawlspace. They were at my home within the hour to assess the damage. Their workers were efficient and respectful of my home. We had a small miscommunication, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend!
