Late at night my tenant call saying it was raining in his apartment. I called Elite Restoration and they were there in no time, in the middle of the night. Their professionalism through the whole process was great. They eased the stress I was going through at that time. I have called them again to take care of a new problem. I know they will do a great job again. No Stress !!!

We just had Elite Restoration here taking care of our unfortunate kitchen and laundry problems.... Tim Condon took care of us and we felt in very capable hands throughout this whole process. We had a flood and a bit of mold started growing and Tim and his team came in a cleaned it up super fast and did an amazing job! We will be going through Elite always! Tim was super professional and got the job done quick and it was easy and helped ease my stress in this stressful situation! We saw a lot of Chris as well and he was super friendly and kind as well! Thank you!!!

I have never been more impressed with a representative, for any company I’ve worked with. Tim is kind, knowledgeable and focused above and beyond. The anxiety I felt over our situation, was immediately put to rest with his calm demeanor. Tim took care of everything, from managing a team of great guys he personally works with, to setting up other teams we needed as an extension of the work that needed to be done. The quality of work was so satisfactory, I’m now questioning if anything actually happened. If you’re not using Tim and his team at ELITE RESTORATION, well...good luck with anyone else. From the beginning of the process to the end, Elite was great to work with. Tregg, Tim and Nate all did a wonderful job. They kept in constant contact with us throughout the mitigation and restoration processes. We couldn't be happier with our new flooring.
