They came out quickly and at the time they said, EVERY TIME! Tregg was the first to arrive and was very knowledgeable. He then handed it over to Tim. Even though we didn't succeed in getting our floors dry, they still stayed on top of everything until we figured out other options. Would highly recommend.

We had our basement flood, so I called Elite Restoration. They were out here quickly and got to work right away. Tim was here making sure everything was cleaned, sanitized, and done correctly. He has also walked me through the process in getting everything replaced and fixed. They've come out the last 4 days to check and make sure all is going as planned. Tim and the other team members are very professional and easy to work with. I am so glad I chose Elite Restoration!

So far we have only done the mitigation part of the process but Tim and Chris and thier crew have been fantastic. They are prompt and very knowledgeable. From theoutside it did not look like there was any water damage but they could tell me just where it was wet and moldy. Sure enough, when that linoleum and base floor were pulled up, they were sopping wet and starting to mold. Tim kept me informed about the whole process every step of the way. They are the cleanest demolition crew that I have ever seen. They cover the carpet where they walk, vacuum up debris, square the drywall, and remove any possible protruding nail or screw making sure the area is safe for the children who still have to live in the home. They listened to my concerns and many questions and ideas and helped me feel at ease during this very stressful time. They put in a temporary sink to accommodate my large family during the drying time. This has been a good bad experience so far ;) and I expect restoration to be just as good.

Tim and Josh were such great guys to work with. Along with Sean and all the other guys who made an appearance. Would highly recommend them. They were always friendly about us being here, and my dogs barking most the time. Great bunch of guys
