From the lady who answered the phone to the individuals who came to do the work, I was treated very professionally and walked through the process of getting my water damage repaired in my home as a newer home owner who has never filed a claim with home owners insurance. They made sure I understood every step and explained everything very well. Got out to assess my property within an hour of calling and started work right away. Great communication along each step. Worked directly with my insurance company for me too. Highly recommend them for your restoration needs! Thank you guys!

These guys are awesome! My business moved into a new building that had a 10 year infestation of pigeons in the attic (it was nasty). Two other companies declined the job, but Elite didn't hesitate. They were there the next day and had everything cleaned in a week. Won't use anyone else.

Dave and his team were great to work with. Very knowledgeable in what they were doing and respectful in our home. They worked with the insurance and explained the process well. You can tell they care about the customer and doing a great job. Our bathroom remodel looks great!

Had a pump fail and flooded the whole basement, Elite showed up quickly and got the water out. Throughout the process of bringing my home back to normal everyone was very professional and always with a smile on their face. Josh, Tim and the rest of the team have been fantastic to work with. When we had a leak in our basement that seeped into 3 different rooms, they worked with our insurance company to get us all fixed up.
