Water in the basement is never fun. They were extremely quick about showing up and making sure further damage was prevented. Then they paused while we worked with insurance as our situation usually isn't usually covered by insurance. Huge amount of professionalism, making sure that we were taken care of appropriately and not just trying to get a job done.

I have never been more impressed with a representative, for any company I’ve worked with. Tim is kind, knowledgeable and focused above and beyond. The anxiety I felt over our situation, was immediately put to rest with his calm demeanor. Tim took care of everything, from managing a team of great guys he personally works with, to setting up other teams we needed as an extension of the work that needed to be done. We Had An ac unit leak water all over our wood flooring and it warped and looked really bad. Elite came out and looked at it and immediately got to work. Everything looks better than it did before and they even took care of the plumbing for the Air Conditioner! From the mitigation to the repairs, Doing business with Elite was a breeze!

I called Elite after a flood in my crawlspace. They were at my home within the hour to assess the damage. Their workers were efficient and respectful of my home. We had a small miscommunication, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend!
