Super excited to wake up to a basement full of water just a few days before leaving on a week long vacation... a good friend from the Boys & Girls Club said that these guys were AMAZING!! And they did NOT disappoint!! I left my house for an entire week and they took care of everything!! It looked like nothing ever happened!! What a relief to trust someone in your home while you are away!! A special thanks to Dave, and Kyle for always making me feel updated and safe!! Hopefully you don’t ever need restorative help... but if you do Elite Restoration is the only call!!??

We had a flood and a bit of mold started growing and Tim and his team came in a cleaned it up super fast and did an amazing job! We will be going through Elite always! Tim was super professional and got the job done quick and it was easy and helped ease my stress in this stressful situation! We saw a lot of Chris as well and he was super friendly and kind as well! Water in the basement is never fun. They were extremely quick about showing up and making sure further damage was prevented. Then they paused while we worked with insurance as our situation usually isn't usually covered by insurance. Huge amount of professionalism, making sure that we were taken care of appropriately and not just trying to get a job done.
