We had water damage to our basement. Elite arrived soon after we called them - On a Sunday Afternoon! They were efficient and professional getting the water removed and checking fans and dehumidifiers as everything dried out. Repair work was excellent too.

From the lady who answered the phone to the individuals who came to do the work, I was treated very professionally and walked through the process of getting my water damage repaired in my home as a newer home owner who has never filed a claim with home owners insurance. They made sure I understood every step and explained everything very well. Got out to assess my property within an hour of calling and started work right away. Great communication along each step. Worked directly with my insurance company for me too. Highly recommend them for your restoration needs! Thank you guys!

I have never in my life been so impressed with a company as I was with Elite. I found the broken window and water in my room and the very day I called this company they were here within two hours. They are very professional and I would like to have the chance to thank Tregg Scott, Tim Condon, Chris Schaffer and Matt Norman. They started the work immediately and without any hesitation. I just can't say what it meant to have these people in charge. The best part about this company for me is that someone has come every day to keep things moving just right. That is very important to me as I was afraid that I was going to lose more of my house than I wanted. They have kept me informed every day and do show up to do the work. You can be assured I am going to pass their name on to other people. I just thank them all so much.

Super excited to wake up to a basement full of water just a few days before leaving on a week long vacation... a good friend from the Boys & Girls Club said that these guys were AMAZING!! And they did NOT disappoint!! I left my house for an entire week and they took care of everything!! It looked like nothing ever happened!! What a relief to trust someone in your home while you are away!! A special thanks to Dave, and Kyle for always making me feel updated and safe!! Hopefully you don’t ever need restorative help... but if you do Elite Restoration is the only call!!??

We Had An ac unit leak water all over our wood flooring and it warped and looked really bad. Elite came out and looked at it and immediately got to work. Everything looks better than it did before and they even took care of the plumbing for the Air Conditioner! From the mitigation to the repairs, Doing business with Elite was a breeze!
