We had water damage to our basement. Elite arrived soon after we called them - On a Sunday Afternoon! They were efficient and professional getting the water removed and checking fans and dehumidifiers as everything dried out. Repair work was excellent too.

A number of months ago, we had a significant fire in the campground bathrooms caused by a mouse chewing through a wire. Elite Restoration was on site that afternoon and started the ball rolling. Tim and Josh were such great guys to work with. Along with Sean and all the other guys who made an appearance. Would highly recommend them. They were always friendly about us being here, and my dogs barking most the time. Great bunch of guys

I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process.
