Tim with Elite is the best guy to work with, he really makes things understandable and explainable to the best of his ability! He doesn’t make you feel like just a customer. He treats you how you would want to be treated. He’s such an amazing person, business man, and now friend. Couldn’t imagine having anyone else deal with our house situation. We had a flood and a bit of mold started growing and Tim and his team came in a cleaned it up super fast and did an amazing job! We will be going through Elite always! Tim was super professional and got the job done quick and it was easy and helped ease my stress in this stressful situation! We saw a lot of Chris as well and he was super friendly and kind as well! Great company. Had a really good experience working with them. They rebuilt our kitchen after a flood and it turned out incredible. Dave did the construction and always communicated with us what was going on and the project came together really fast. Josh worked with our insurance on getting a quote to them and was very helpful with the insurance side of things. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them!

We had a remodel project in our kitchen. The project was scheduled ahead of a special family gathering at our home and Elite completed the project on time. The professionalism and commitment to completing the remodel by their worker, John, was excellent. He re-worked some of the finishing work related to painting until we were satisfied. Final product looks really good. Highly recommend!

Super excited to wake up to a basement full of water just a few days before leaving on a week long vacation... a good friend from the Boys & Girls Club said that these guys were AMAZING!! And they did NOT disappoint!! I left my house for an entire week and they took care of everything!! It looked like nothing ever happened!! What a relief to trust someone in your home while you are away!! A special thanks to Dave, and Kyle for always making me feel updated and safe!! Hopefully you don’t ever need restorative help... but if you do Elite Restoration is the only call!!??

I have never been more impressed with a representative, for any company I’ve worked with. Tim is kind, knowledgeable and focused above and beyond. The anxiety I felt over our situation, was immediately put to rest with his calm demeanor. Tim took care of everything, from managing a team of great guys he personally works with, to setting up other teams we needed as an extension of the work that needed to be done. The quality of work was so satisfactory, I’m now questioning if anything actually happened. If you’re not using Tim and his team at ELITE RESTORATION, well...good luck with anyone else.
