I have never in my life been so impressed with a company as I was with Elite. I found the broken window and water in my room and the very day I called this company they were here within two hours. They are very professional and I would like to have the chance to thank Tregg Scott, Tim Condon, Chris Schaffer and Matt Norman. They started the work immediately and without any hesitation. I just can't say what it meant to have these people in charge. The best part about this company for me is that someone has come every day to keep things moving just right. That is very important to me as I was afraid that I was going to lose more of my house than I wanted. They have kept me informed every day and do show up to do the work. You can be assured I am going to pass their name on to other people. I just thank them all so much.

We had water damage to our basement. Elite arrived soon after we called them - On a Sunday Afternoon! They were efficient and professional getting the water removed and checking fans and dehumidifiers as everything dried out. Repair work was excellent too.

Late at night my tenant call saying it was raining in his apartment. I called Elite Restoration and they were there in no time, in the middle of the night. Their professionalism through the whole process was great. They eased the stress I was going through at that time. I have called them again to take care of a new problem. I know they will do a great job again. No Stress !!!

Dave and his team were great to work with. Very knowledgeable in what they were doing and respectful in our home. They worked with the insurance and explained the process well. You can tell they care about the customer and doing a great job. Our bathroom remodel looks great!

Tim and his crew where amazing. They were fun to be around and our kitten loved them they are a pet friendly company and are definitely worth having around when things go wrong thank you Tim and all the others who helped out. p.s. if tim sees this our cat misses you ;-)

I called Elite after a flood in my crawlspace. They were at my home within the hour to assess the damage. Their workers were efficient and respectful of my home. We had a small miscommunication, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend!
