We had a flood and a bit of mold started growing and Tim and his team came in a cleaned it up super fast and did an amazing job! We will be going through Elite always! Tim was super professional and got the job done quick and it was easy and helped ease my stress in this stressful situation! We saw a lot of Chris as well and he was super friendly and kind as well! I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process.

A number of months ago, we had a significant fire in the campground bathrooms caused by a mouse chewing through a wire. Elite Restoration was on site that afternoon and started the ball rolling. They provided a time frame to completion and insurance estimate....both were spot on. I will always recommend them to others....Mark....Oregon Trail Campground...Twin Falls, Idaho
