I couldn't have picked a better company. Power went out and I had left to town. Power came back on ....Toilet plugged and over flowed for 3 hours. When I got home and it was a disaster....as it was flooding our basement and bedroom....our king size matress became a swiming pool. 2 hours later Elite Mitigation crew was was starting the process of cleanup and they had at least 15 people carrying stuff out of basement. Chris, Dave, Tim, Josh and Treg helped us get out house back toegther and better than original. Highly recommend Elite Restoration!! They will fight for you!! Great sub contractors too!!

Tim and Sean came out almost as soon as I called for a leaky roof. When they arrived they immediately put me at ease, they explained what was going on, what they were going to do and who would be coming out. The whole team was polite and easy to work with. They helped coordinate with my insurance and made sure the room would be back to the way it was. We have the house up for sale and it was a crazy time, but they made it easy! Thank you Tim and Sean and all your crew at Elite!!

I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process. Josh was the project manager for the restoration of my home. He is a polite, patient, skilled craftsman. He listened to all my requests and concerns. My home was restored to like new quality. I am very pleased, and would highly recommend his services. Thank you to both teams.

I have never been more impressed with a representative, for any company I’ve worked with. Tim is kind, knowledgeable and focused above and beyond. The anxiety I felt over our situation, was immediately put to rest with his calm demeanor. Tim took care of everything, from managing a team of great guys he personally works with, to setting up other teams we needed as an extension of the work that needed to be done. The quality of work was so satisfactory, I’m now questioning if anything actually happened. If you’re not using Tim and his team at ELITE RESTORATION, well...good luck with anyone else.
