We Had An ac unit leak water all over our wood flooring and it warped and looked really bad. Elite came out and looked at it and immediately got to work. Everything looks better than it did before and they even took care of the plumbing for the Air Conditioner! From the mitigation to the repairs, Doing business with Elite was a breeze!

So far we have only done the mitigation part of the process but Tim and Chris and thier crew have been fantastic. They are prompt and very knowledgeable. From theoutside it did not look like there was any water damage but they could tell me just where it was wet and moldy. Sure enough, when that linoleum and base floor were pulled up, they were sopping wet and starting to mold. Tim kept me informed about the whole process every step of the way. They are the cleanest demolition crew that I have ever seen. They cover the carpet where they walk, vacuum up debris, square the drywall, and remove any possible protruding nail or screw making sure the area is safe for the children who still have to live in the home. They listened to my concerns and many questions and ideas and helped me feel at ease during this very stressful time. They put in a temporary sink to accommodate my large family during the drying time. This has been a good bad experience so far ;) and I expect restoration to be just as good.
