From the beginning of the process to the end, Elite was great to work with. Tregg, Tim and Nate all did a wonderful job. They kept in constant contact with us throughout the mitigation and restoration processes. We couldn't be happier with our new flooring.

Late at night my tenant call saying it was raining in his apartment. I called Elite Restoration and they were there in no time, in the middle of the night. Their professionalism through the whole process was great. They eased the stress I was going through at that time. I have called them again to take care of a new problem. I know they will do a great job again. No Stress !!!

We Had An ac unit leak water all over our wood flooring and it warped and looked really bad. Elite came out and looked at it and immediately got to work. Everything looks better than it did before and they even took care of the plumbing for the Air Conditioner! From the mitigation to the repairs, Doing business with Elite was a breeze!

Water in the basement is never fun. They were extremely quick about showing up and making sure further damage was prevented. Then they paused while we worked with insurance as our situation usually isn't usually covered by insurance. Huge amount of professionalism, making sure that we were taken care of appropriately and not just trying to get a job done.

“Tim with Elite Restoration is amazing!!! We had a major problem arise during the holiday when our sewer line broke and sent sewage into our basement. To my surprise Tim came to our house on Christmas Eve without delay and immediately took charge of the situation going right to work. I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process. Josh was the project manager for the restoration of my home. He is a polite, patient, skilled craftsman. He listened to all my requests and concerns. My home was restored to like new quality. I am very pleased, and would highly recommend his services.
