We had water damage to our basement. Elite arrived soon after we called them - On a Sunday Afternoon! They were efficient and professional getting the water removed and checking fans and dehumidifiers as everything dried out. Repair work was excellent too.

I have never been more impressed with a representative, for any company I’ve worked with. Tim is kind, knowledgeable and focused above and beyond. The anxiety I felt over our situation, was immediately put to rest with his calm demeanor. Tim took care of everything, from managing a team of great guys he personally works with, to setting up other teams we needed as an extension of the work that needed to be done. I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process.

Water in the basement is never fun. They were extremely quick about showing up and making sure further damage was prevented. Then they paused while we worked with insurance as our situation usually isn't usually covered by insurance. Huge amount of professionalism, making sure that we were taken care of appropriately and not just trying to get a job done.

These guys are awesome! My business moved into a new building that had a 10 year infestation of pigeons in the attic (it was nasty). Two other companies declined the job, but Elite didn't hesitate. They were there the next day and had everything cleaned in a week. Won't use anyone else.
