Tim was very punctual, professional and thorough. I would receive calls or texts letting me know what, when, or how things were going on a daily basis. His guys came through and made short work of a big gnarly mess. I am very appreciative of how Elite Restoration took my problem like it was there's and handled it as such. Adda boys all around for those guys! I highly reccomend them

So far we have only done the mitigation part of the process but Tim and Chris and thier crew have been fantastic. They are prompt and very knowledgeable. From theoutside it did not look like there was any water damage but they could tell me just where it was wet and moldy. Sure enough, when that linoleum and base floor were pulled up, they were sopping wet and starting to mold. Tim kept me informed about the whole process every step of the way. They are the cleanest demolition crew that I have ever seen. They cover the carpet where they walk, vacuum up debris, square the drywall, and remove any possible protruding nail or screw making sure the area is safe for the children who still have to live in the home. They listened to my concerns and many questions and ideas and helped me feel at ease during this very stressful time. They put in a temporary sink to accommodate my large family during the drying time. This has been a good bad experience so far ;) and I expect restoration to be just as good.

Great company. Had a really good experience working with them. They rebuilt our kitchen after a flood and it turned out incredible. Dave did the construction and always communicated with us what was going on and the project came together really fast. Josh worked with our insurance on getting a quote to them and was very helpful with the insurance side of things. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them!

Anytime we call Elite Restoration to the Boys & Girls Club they are quick, friendly, and always dependable. It doesn't matter what the issue is or what time of day it is, we can always count on them to come out and assist us. Dave is amazing!

Josh, Tim and the rest of the team have been fantastic to work with. When we had a leak in our basement that seeped into 3 different rooms, they worked with our insurance company to get us all fixed up. They're customer service has been outstanding and their communication with us has been a wonderful. I will be recommending them to my friends from now on.
