From the beginning of the process to the end, Elite was great to work with. Tregg, Tim and Nate all did a wonderful job. They kept in constant contact with us throughout the mitigation and restoration processes. We couldn't be happier with our new flooring.

We had a flood and a bit of mold started growing and Tim and his team came in a cleaned it up super fast and did an amazing job! We will be going through Elite always! Tim was super professional and got the job done quick and it was easy and helped ease my stress in this stressful situation! We saw a lot of Chris as well and he was super friendly and kind as well! I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process. Josh was the project manager for the restoration of my home. He is a polite, patient, skilled craftsman. He listened to all my requests and concerns. My home was restored to like new quality. I am very pleased, and would highly recommend his services. Thank you to both teams.

Tim was very punctual, professional and thorough. I would receive calls or texts letting me know what, when, or how things were going on a daily basis. His guys came through and made short work of a big gnarly mess. I am very appreciative of how Elite Restoration took my problem like it was there's and handled it as such. Adda boys all around for those guys! I highly reccomend them
