Had a pump fail and flooded the whole basement, Elite showed up quickly and got the water out. Throughout the process of bringing my home back to normal everyone was very professional and always with a smile on their face. Water in the basement is never fun. They were extremely quick about showing up and making sure further damage was prevented. Then they paused while we worked with insurance as our situation usually isn't usually covered by insurance. Huge amount of professionalism, making sure that we were taken care of appropriately and not just trying to get a job done.

These guys are awesome! My business moved into a new building that had a 10 year infestation of pigeons in the attic (it was nasty). Two other companies declined the job, but Elite didn't hesitate. They were there the next day and had everything cleaned in a week. Won't use anyone else.

I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process.
