We had a remodel project in our kitchen. The project was scheduled ahead of a special family gathering at our home and Elite completed the project on time. The professionalism and commitment to completing the remodel by their worker, John, was excellent. He re-worked some of the finishing work related to painting until we were satisfied. Final product looks really good. Highly recommend!

On the January 1, 2018 when I was working a car drove through the front of the store I was managing, Papa Murphys. A majority of our loby and equipment was crushed and broken. Elite restoration was extremely helping and worked hard to fix our broken walls and get us and our neighboring store back open as soon as possible. In totally we are only closed two days, thanks to elite restoration for the speedy repairs. Much appreciation from me and all my employees! So gratefull to be back open. Would highly recommend

Super excited to wake up to a basement full of water just a few days before leaving on a week long vacation... a good friend from the Boys & Girls Club said that these guys were AMAZING!! And they did NOT disappoint!! I left my house for an entire week and they took care of everything!! It looked like nothing ever happened!! They came out quickly and at the time they said, EVERY TIME! Tregg was the first to arrive and was very knowledgeable. He then handed it over to Tim. Even though we didn't succeed in getting our floors dry, they still stayed on top of everything until we figured out other options. Would highly recommend.

I have never in my life been so impressed with a company as I was with Elite. I found the broken window and water in my room and the very day I called this company they were here within two hours. They are very professional and I would like to have the chance to thank Tregg Scott, Tim Condon, Chris Schaffer and Matt Norman. They started the work immediately and without any hesitation. I just can't say what it meant to have these people in charge. The best part about this company for me is that someone has come every day to keep things moving just right. That is very important to me as I was afraid that I was going to lose more of my house than I wanted. They have kept me informed every day and do show up to do the work. We had our basement flood, so I called Elite Restoration. They were out here quickly and got to work right away. Tim was here making sure everything was cleaned, sanitized, and done correctly. He has also walked me through the process in getting everything replaced and fixed. They've come out the last 4 days to check and make sure all is going as planned. A number of months ago, we had a significant fire in the campground bathrooms caused by a mouse chewing through a wire. Elite Restoration was on site that afternoon and started the ball rolling. They provided a time frame to completion and insurance estimate....both were spot on. I will always recommend them to others....Mark....Oregon Trail Campground...Twin Falls, Idaho

Tim and Sean came out almost as soon as I called for a leaky roof. When they arrived they immediately put me at ease, they explained what was going on, what they were going to do and who would be coming out. The whole team was polite and easy to work with. They helped coordinate with my insurance and made sure the room would be back to the way it was. We have the house up for sale and it was a crazy time, but they made it easy! I called Elite after a flood in my crawlspace. They were at my home within the hour to assess the damage. Their workers were efficient and respectful of my home. We had a small miscommunication, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend!
