A number of months ago, we had a significant fire in the campground bathrooms caused by a mouse chewing through a wire. Elite Restoration was on site that afternoon and started the ball rolling. Super excited to wake up to a basement full of water just a few days before leaving on a week long vacation... a good friend from the Boys & Girls Club said that these guys were AMAZING!! And they did NOT disappoint!! I left my house for an entire week and they took care of everything!! It looked like nothing ever happened!! What a relief to trust someone in your home while you are away!! A special thanks to Dave, and Kyle for always making me feel updated and safe!! Hopefully you don’t ever need restorative help... but if you do Elite Restoration is the only call!!??

Tim and Sean came out almost as soon as I called for a leaky roof. When they arrived they immediately put me at ease, they explained what was going on, what they were going to do and who would be coming out. The whole team was polite and easy to work with. They helped coordinate with my insurance and made sure the room would be back to the way it was. We have the house up for sale and it was a crazy time, but they made it easy! Thank you Tim and Sean and all your crew at Elite!!

They came out quickly and at the time they said, EVERY TIME! Tregg was the first to arrive and was very knowledgeable. He then handed it over to Tim. Even though we didn't succeed in getting our floors dry, they still stayed on top of everything until we figured out other options. Would highly recommend.
