"There was a fire in the wall of a room in my home which was caused by a defective wall heater. There was smoke and fire damage in the room and smoke in the rest of the house. I contacted Elite restoration who came within 2 hours and immediately began the restoration process. I was impressed by the caring they showed for us and for our possessions, taking away everything in the room and bringing it back clean, smoke free and securely packed. They have cutting edge equipment for removing smoke from the air and from the walls and furnishings in the rest of the house. they did an excellent job of replacing the damaged wall, painting the walls and ceiling and replacing the pad and carpet in the room where the fire occurred. They were careful to explain what they were doing and to answer our questions. Elite made sure the work was done thoroughly and to our satisfaction. It was obvious that the staff took pride in their work. I would recommend Elite Restoration to anyone needing a competent and caring restoration company and I would call on them again myself."

On April, 13^th 2019 Elite Restoration was contacted by Morrison Funeral home for a large emergency flood at their business. Being a Saturday there was worry that the response time may not be quick enough to mitigate the already growing emergency. However, Elite’s technicians were on site within the hour and after realizing the size of the water loss it was quickly determined that reinforcements would be needed. “It was a bit stressful as our Manager was very ill that day and I wasn’t sure which direction to go, so I just called everyone out of the office to come assist. Even our office staff arrived to help.” Stated Kyle Goodheart. The mitigation manager for the Burley office. “ It was great to see everyone come together as a team to help this business out.’ Said Kyle.
We determined that a main line in the building had become disconnected flooding the entire crawl space as well as the entire main floor. The staff had to work through the entire weekend to remove all the damaged materials and extract all of the water. “It was very impressive” said one employee. There was some obvious concern on a timeline because this is a business and needs to be reopened as soon as possible. Elite Restoration was quick to communicate the needs to move forward with repairs and the funeral home was back up and running within a few short weeks.
