They came out quickly and at the time they said, EVERY TIME! Tregg was the first to arrive and was very knowledgeable. He then handed it over to Tim. Even though we didn't succeed in getting our floors dry, they still stayed on top of everything until we figured out other options. Would highly recommend.

I have never been more impressed with a representative, for any company I’ve worked with. Tim is kind, knowledgeable and focused above and beyond. The anxiety I felt over our situation, was immediately put to rest with his calm demeanor. Tim took care of everything, from managing a team of great guys he personally works with, to setting up other teams we needed as an extension of the work that needed to be done. The quality of work was so satisfactory, I’m now questioning if anything actually happened. If you’re not using Tim and his team at ELITE RESTORATION, well...good luck with anyone else. Tim and Josh were such great guys to work with. Along with Sean and all the other guys who made an appearance. Would highly recommend them. They were always friendly about us being here, and my dogs barking most the time. Great bunch of guys

From the beginning of the process to the end, Elite was great to work with. Tregg, Tim and Nate all did a wonderful job. They kept in constant contact with us throughout the mitigation and restoration processes. We couldn't be happier with our new flooring.

A mighty wind blew a two-ton tree branch down on my neighbor's house. Elite Restoration sent Nate and Jason over to repair the extensive roof damage. After they finished, that roof looks better than it did before the tree fell on it. Nice job. Nice guys. Good craftsmen. How do I know? I did service business for over 30 years, as Kyle's Keys, in downtown Twin Falls. I know a thing or two. I would call Elite Restoration, without hesitation.

From the lady who answered the phone to the individuals who came to do the work, I was treated very professionally and walked through the process of getting my water damage repaired in my home as a newer home owner who has never filed a claim with home owners insurance. They made sure I understood every step and explained everything very well. Got out to assess my property within an hour of calling and started work right away. Great communication along each step. Worked directly with my insurance company for me too. Highly recommend them for your restoration needs! Thank you guys!
