I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process. Josh was the project manager for the restoration of my home. He is a polite, patient, skilled craftsman. He listened to all my requests and concerns. My home was restored to like new quality. I am very pleased, and would highly recommend his services. I have never been more impressed with a representative, for any company I’ve worked with. Tim is kind, knowledgeable and focused above and beyond. The anxiety I felt over our situation, was immediately put to rest with his calm demeanor. Tim took care of everything, from managing a team of great guys he personally works with, to setting up other teams we needed as an extension of the work that needed to be done. The quality of work was so satisfactory, I’m now questioning if anything actually happened. If you’re not using Tim and his team at ELITE RESTORATION, well...good luck with anyone else. Late at night my tenant call saying it was raining in his apartment. I called Elite Restoration and they were there in no time, in the middle of the night. Their professionalism through the whole process was great. They eased the stress I was going through at that time. I have called them again to take care of a new problem. I know they will do a great job again. No Stress !!!

Thank you to Chris, Tim, and the Elite Team. I recently discovered some severe, long term water damage in my basement. Chris was the first to arrive and help locate the source of the damage. He was very professional, and thorough in assessing everything. He also was kind & understanding about my financial needs; he made sure to communicate all issues with the office, and helped get my claim processed right away. Lastly, he got all the initial cleaning/mold mitigation done quickly, and safely, and was willing to work around my schedule. I appreciate all his time, and great work, Chris made a very stressful situation a lot less difficult without any criticism or judgment.
