We had a flood and a bit of mold started growing and Tim and his team came in a cleaned it up super fast and did an amazing job! We will be going through Elite always! Tim was super professional and got the job done quick and it was easy and helped ease my stress in this stressful situation! We saw a lot of Chris as well and he was super friendly and kind as well! A number of months ago, we had a significant fire in the campground bathrooms caused by a mouse chewing through a wire. Elite Restoration was on site that afternoon and started the ball rolling. From the lady who answered the phone to the individuals who came to do the work, I was treated very professionally and walked through the process of getting my water damage repaired in my home as a newer home owner who has never filed a claim with home owners insurance. They made sure I understood every step and explained everything very well. Got out to assess my property within an hour of calling and started work right away. Great communication along each step. Worked directly with my insurance company for me too. Highly recommend them for your restoration needs! Thank you guys!

Thank you to Chris, Tim, and the Elite Team. I recently discovered some severe, long term water damage in my basement. Chris was the first to arrive and help locate the source of the damage. He was very professional, and thorough in assessing everything. He also was kind & understanding about my financial needs; he made sure to communicate all issues with the office, and helped get my claim processed right away. Lastly, he got all the initial cleaning/mold mitigation done quickly, and safely, and was willing to work around my schedule. I appreciate all his time, and great work, Chris made a very stressful situation a lot less difficult without any criticism or judgment.

I called Tim and his crew to my home at 11:30 pm. They arrived equipped and ready to handle my flood. All water was removed by 3:00 am. Tim and his crew arrived again at 8:00 am (five hours later) to check the progress of the drying process. This showed me their commitment to drying my home quickly and correctly. I'm sure they got little sleep that night. I appreciate their professionalism and quality of work throughout my mitigation process.
